As soon as we receive the exchange item and have checked it, we will immediately send you a new one. The cost of sending the exchange item is for the buyer, the new item will be sent at the expense of krakatauwear.com.
If the reason for the return is an improper quality product or an incorrect package, krakatauwear.com will refund your shipping costs. If the reason for the refund is the wrong size or you just changed your mind, the return shipping is paid by you, re-sending if you wish to exchange will be at the expense of krakatauwear.com.
